Service Description
Take the first step towards greater ease at Great Embrace Acupuncture. Before you arrive, make sure to fill out the health history paperwork that we’ll email to you. During your visit, we’ll discuss your full health history to better understand you & create a comprehensive treatment plan. To ensure your comfort, please dress in loose fitting clothes. Please arrive to the treatment well hydrated and having eaten. If possible, keep your schedule light after the treatment to allow yourself time to acclimate.
Sliding Scale & Payment Information
Your care is our highest priority. We offer a sliding scale to address the systemic inequities that often prohibit people from receiving care. All prices listed reflect the cost of treatment. If we can better meet both your need for consistent healthcare and your financial needs, please talk to us about sliding scale options. The patient is responsible for payment at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, & Credit Card. At this time we do not accept insurance. If your insurance covers acupuncture we can give you a SuperBill upon request. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation & rescheduling of treatments. Except in cases of emergency, if the patient gives no notice & does not show for treatment, they will be responsible for payment in full.
